By 2024, 279 sports grounds should be created — 70 using the public-private partnership mechanism. The construction of new facilities will create 2,000 jobs by 2024. In total, it is expected that the proportion of citizens systematically involved in sports will increase to 70% by 2030. 16 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of indicators (at the next meeting of the government of the subject, 9.1 billion rubles should be distributed for a period up to 2024), in addition, there will be simplified regulation for business was introduced. The share of non-budgetary sources of physical culture and sports investments by 2024 will be 12%, in another six years — 20%. Thanks to the creation of new sports facilities, the level of provision of citizens with sports facilities should be 62% in three years and 74% in eight years.
