MOSCOW, Jan 25 Russian goalkeeper of the National Hockey League (NHL) club Igor Shesterkin was recognized as the first star of the regular season match with the Los Angeles Kings. The meeting ended with the victory of the Rangers in a shootout (3:2). Shesterkin saved 34 shots out of 36. The second star of the match was Russian Blueshirts forward Artemy Panarin, who scored two assists. The third star of the match was Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick, who made 28 saves.
