MOSCOW, Jan 24 Russian referees Konstantin Ershov and Anton Pavlyukov entered the list referees of the International Handball Federation (IHF), according to the website of the Russian Handball Federation (RHF). The IHF noted the successful completion of the second Global Referee Training Program (GRTP) course by Ershov and Pavlyukov.
