According to Znak.com, in April 2021, the college management decided to resume the payment of bonuses to employees depending on the length of service — from 500 rubles to 2500 rubles . The deputy head of the college, Yulia Prisyazhnaya, who worked in the institution for 22 years, demanded to reimburse her allowances for the period from 2019 to 2020 — in the amount of 67.5 thousand rubles.
A few months later, the college council approved a new amount of incentive payments in 2019-2020 — from 50 kopecks to 2.5 rubles. The jury appealed to the court, calling such a size of bonuses «insulting». The college administration explained its decision by “mistakes of the previous management” and “financial difficulties.”
The Kostroma court ruled that “the reduction in the amount of the incentive payment clearly worsens the legal position of the plaintiff as an employee”
and violates labor law requirements. The management of the institution filed an appeal. Later, Yulia Prisyazhnaya received a notice of a reduction in her job at the college and also went to court.
