The hundreds of pages of bill contains many attacks on the PRC, including funds to fight Chinese propaganda, instructing the President to submit a report on the most likely sources of coronavirus, the creation of an alternative fund for the study of Chinese language to the Confucius Institute, a declaration of support for Taiwan and freedom of navigation in the South China Sea.
