Oleg Navalny, brother of politician Alexei Navalny, was put on the federal wanted list. This follows from the MIA database.
The day before, the Federal Penitentiary Service demanded that Oleg Navalny's probation for «sanitary matters» be replaced with a real one «due to failure to fulfill assigned duties, evading compensation for harm or committing a new crime» ( Parts 2.1, 3, 4 of Article 74 of the Criminal Code, paragraph 7 of Article 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).
Preobrazhensky District Court of Moscow in August last year sentenced the oppositionist’s brother to a suspended year in a “sanitary case” — a criminal case under Art. 236 of the Criminal Code (“Violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules”), which was initiated after the Moscow protest on January 23, 2021.
In addition to Oleg Navalny, supporters of the politician Lyubov Sobol, Kira Yarmysh, Nikolai Lyaskin, Oleg Stepanov, Moscow Mundeps Dmitry Baranovsky and Lucy Stein, as well as Pussy Riot member Maria Alyokhina and head of the Alliance of Doctors* Anastasia Vasilyeva.
