Among these people, for example, is Ksenia Fadeeva, a member of the Tomsk City Duma and the former head of Navalny’s Tomsk headquarters, a fragile, beautiful and courageous girl. When Navalny's associates began to leave Russia due to threats of criminal prosecution, they offered to help Xenia with the move. But she flatly refused. Ksenia even then understood what would happen soon — the likelihood was too high that a criminal case would be opened against her, as well as against other former coordinators of the oppositionist headquarters. She said that she was scared, but “she’s a deputy, she has voters, she has a district, she has responsibility.”
