«Many years ago I had a very difficult emotional state. Anorexia and bulimia continued for years. I didn't even think about asking for help then. For some reason I felt ashamed», — the artist admitted.
Gradually, she took the situation into her own hands and was able to cope with diseases and disorders on her own. Dimopoulos told what helped her along the way.
«I read various books, talked with smart people and, most importantly, began to study the issue of self-love. I turned my life around and stopped living according to someone's expectations. I began to listen to the inner voice, which I had long ago drowned out. I began to learn to appreciate and protect myself, to take care», — shared Santa.
This approach helped her return to normal life and love herself again.
«I became a guardian for that unloved and abused little girl inside me. She became a father to herself, not an executioner,» the artist added.
Now Santa is 34 years old, she is a happy mother of two children and the wife of a successful businessman, who is admired by thousands of women.
