Law enforcement officers are required to provide complete information about the events in the Dnieper, where a National Guard soldier shot his colleagues. President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote about this on his Facebook page on Thursday, January 27, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to Korrespondent.
«This morning, terrible news from the Dnieper. Five dead, doctors are fighting for the lives of the wounded. Any help needed by the families of the victims of this heinous crime must be provided without delay. Sincere condolences to those who lost their relatives today», the head of state wrote.
Zelensky added that he expects law enforcement officers to fully inform the public about all the circumstances of the crime.
« ;The killer's motives, how this was possible — everything must be analyzed in as much detail as possible. Mandatory personnel conclusions must be made in the near future», the President summed up.
Recall that tonight in Dnipro, on the territory of the Southern Machine-Building Plant, National Guardsman Artem Ryabchuk shot four servicemen and one civilian woman. Five more people were wounded. Ryabchuk has already been detained. He had a machine gun with him.
