At the same time, the United States is most negatively perceived in the Middle East, Russia (58 percent) and Western Asia. The survey was conducted at the end of 2021 in 45 countries of the world. At the same time, people in Africa and Russia (40 percent) see Beijing's policy as stabilizing. A quarter of respondents were unable to form their opinion on Russia's foreign policy, and 46 percent of those polled consider it destabilizing. The support index is -17. It is most negatively assessed in Ukraine (74 percent), Austria (70 percent), Germany, self-proclaimed Kosovo and Poland — 69 percent each, the Czech Republic (68 percent), Switzerland (66 percent), Australia (65 percent). Negative assessments also prevail in the US (57 percent) and the Middle East (56 percent).
