One of the posters said “Igor Kalyapin is a foreign agent. He sold his fatherland for grants from the USA and Germany.” The text of another said that the human rights activist «protects terrorists.»
At the same time, Kalyapin’s last name is not in the register of “foreign agents” maintained by the Ministry of Justice.
