MOSCOW, Jan. 29 Assistant to the head coach of the Ukrainian biathlon team Yuray Sanitra Igor Yaschenko received a positive test result for coronavirus and will not be able to lead the training of athletes in the near future, according to biathlon.com.ua. It is noted that all athletes of the Ukrainian national team who are in China at the moment have received negative results of daily tests and continue training without restrictions. On Thursday Sanitra received a positive test result for COVID-19, which he took at the Beijing airport upon arrival. The second test at the airport came back negative. Later, he passed two additional PCR tests, both of which were positive. According to the rules, the coaches of the Ukrainian biathlon team went into isolation. They will be able to advise athletes and other team specialists remotely. The Olympic Games will be held February 4-20.
