
MOSCOW, Feb 1 Redemption of Swiss Young Boys player Christopher Martins will cost Moscow «Spartak» in 6.4 million euros, according to the Russian version of the portal Transfermarkt. On Monday, «Spartak» announced the transition of the midfielder on loan. The agreement with the 24-year-old football player is valid until June 30, 2022 and implies the possibility of a priority buyout. According to the portal, in the event of a full-fledged transfer, Martins' contract with the Moscow club will be valid until the summer of 2027. At the same time, Blick reports that the buyout option is mandatory, and the Russian club will pay 10 million francs (more than 9.6 million euros) for the player. Since the summer of 2019, Martins has played 68 matches with Young Boys, in which he scored five goals and made two assists. As part of the Luxembourg national team, the midfielder played 49 matches and scored one goal.
