Not the best way to start the day.
The first meal of the day is very important for a person, since it is this food that gives an energy boost for the whole day and saturates the body with useful substances. It is also very important that breakfast is hearty.
Ready-made cereal
If you start your day with a plate of ready-made cereal, your body will not thank you. First, all cereals are made from refined flour with added sugar. There is almost no dietary fiber and protein.
And secondly, after such a breakfast, you will very quickly feel hungry again. Replace them with ordinary oatmeal.
Sausages
Sausages, sausages, sausages — all this is made from minced meat of not the best quality and they add a lot of fat, spices, flavorings and fillers. Most often, they are very high in fat and sodium.
Sodium provokes an increase in blood pressure, and fats are «bad» cholesterol.
Replace sausages with eggs and natural yogurt — they are full of valuable protein.
White wheat bread
The nutritional value of such bread is very small — the purification of flour removes all useful substances from the bread. And such bread can hit health — provoke jumps in blood sugar. And this leads first to a feeling of satiety, and then to a sharp feeling of hunger.
Replace it with wholemeal bread, preferably with eggs and vegetables.
Ready-made fruit juices
During the production process, such juices lose fiber and most of the beneficial properties. But it's full of sugar and calories. This habit will quickly lead to weight gain.
Make a homemade smoothie — the fiber in it will be very good for your stomach.
Flavored low-fat yogurts
Avoid such yogurts as they lack fat replaced with sugar. And remember that vitamins A and D from dairy products are poorly absorbed without the necessary amount of fat.
Replace such yogurt with regular yogurt, without additives and flavors. Greek is an excellent choice — it is full of protein and calcium.
