MOSCOW, February 1 American forward of the Yaroslavl club of the Continental Hockey League (KHL) «Locomotive» Reed Boucher was sentenced in the United States to one year of suspended prison with a probationary period of four years in a case of rape of a minor, according to the Detroit Free Press, citing Boucher's lawyer Pamela Schiedlack. In December, Boucher pleaded guilty to sexual assault against 12- summer girl. The incident occurred in 2011, when the American was 17 years old. The victim was a member of the family in which Bush lived during training in the training system of American hockey players. A closed hearing took place on Monday in the court of Uashtino County (Michigan). Initially, the hockey player was charged with a first-degree sexual offense, for which imprisonment for a term of 25 years to life is provided. During the December hearing, District Judge Patrick Conlin reclassified the article to a softer one, and the hockey player was sentenced to punishment without prior imprisonment.
