Zakruzhny was also placed on probation for 1 year and 11 months. For two years, the blogger will not be able to post information on the Internet, his equipment will be seized in favor of the state.

A year ago, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Chita sentenced Zakruzhny to 2 years and 3 months probation for streaming on YouTube. The state prosecution requested 2.5 years in a colony-settlement for the man with confiscation of property. In May, the conviction was overturned, and the case was returned to the prosecutor's office.

A criminal case was opened against Zakruzhny in May 2020 for inciting mass riots because of a video about parental day. He was searched and his equipment was confiscated. The reason for initiating the case was a video in which the blogger was indignant that in Chita, on the eve of Parents' Day on April 28, on the day of commemoration of deceased relatives, passages to cemeteries were closed due to COVID-19.
