The press service of the head of Chechnya announced a working meeting between Ramzan Kadyrov and President Vladimir Putin.
According to a report published on the night of February 3, Kadyrov and Putin discussed socio-economic issues.
TV channel Dozhd drew attention to the fact that the press service of the head of Chechnya illustrated the news about the meeting with a photograph of 2017. On February 2, Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the president «has no plans» to meet with Kadyrov.
«Tear off your heads, work on you, kill you.» The head of Chechnya and a State Duma deputy again threaten the family of a retired judge
On the same day, a rally was held in Grozny against the family of the former federal judge Saydi Yangulbaev. Earlier, Kadyrov and State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov again publicly threatened to crack down on the Yangulbaevs and «tear off their heads.»
Kadyrov's feud with this family has been going on since 2015, when the judge and his sons were detained because of criticism of the Chechen authorities in social networks. The middle son of Ibragim Yangulbaev, who published posts, was tortured in the residence of the head of the republic, he said.
On January 20, Chechen police forcefully took the wife of a retired judge, Zarema Musayeva, from Nizhny Novgorod. In Chechnya, she was sent under arrest for 15 days, and then transferred to a pre-trial detention center in the case of an attack on a security official. The rest of the family left Russia.
