Earlier, US State Department spokesman Ned Price said that Washington was in favor of the full implementation of the Minsk agreements, and accused Russia of violating them without evidence. «Once again, we remind you that Russia is not a party to the conflict. Therefore, the main task is to force the Ukrainian authorities to fulfill their obligations. We are waiting for concrete actions from Washington in working with Kiev,» the embassy said in a Facebook statement. Diplomats called Price's statement about Minsk agreements, but urged not to shift responsibility for their implementation. “We note the ongoing attempts to shift the problem from a “sick head to a healthy one” and accuse our country of disrupting the agreements reached,” the diplomatic mission said.
