More than 100,000 people have signed a petition demanding the release of Salekh Magamadov and Ismail Isaev, who were forcibly taken from Nizhny Novgorod to Chechnya a year ago. It is published on the All Out platform.

“The case of Magamadov and Isaev is politically motivated. <…>The entire investigative and judicial process is taking place with a huge number of procedural violations,” said Miron Rozanov, spokesman for the SK SOS crisis group.

In late December, during hearings in the Martanovsky Court of Grozny, witnesses in the case, Magamadov and Isaev stated that they had signed the testimony given to them by the investigator. They reported that they did not testify on their own.
