Zenit, Spartak, Lokomotiv, Rubin, Sochi, CSKA, Dynamo, Khimki opposed the introduction of Fan ID at stadiums , Rostov, Krasnodar, Ural, Ufa, Arsenal, Krylya Sovetov and Nizhny Novgorod.
The only club whose fans have not yet expressed their attitude to Fan ID, Grozny's Akhmat.
“These innovations, promoted while replacing the concepts of comfort and safety, are opaque, repressive and redundant,” Zenit fans said.

On the eve it became known that the Russian Football Union warned RPL teams about the need to issue a Fan ID for football players, coaches and club staff to participate in matches.
The law on Fan ID was adopted at the end of 2021, it will enter into force on June 1 2022. A FAN ID will need to be obtained at the State Services, and it may be refused due to violations in the past, a court ban on attending matches, or information from law enforcement agencies about the “intention” of the fan to “disturb public order” during the game.
< p> The law also obliges match organizers to identify both spectators and “participants in an official sports competition” and “other persons involved in the competition”. Going forward, the government will decide which games will require a Fan ID and how to verify it.
