In 2021, Alyokhina was assigned a year of restriction of freedom on the «sanitary case» because of the post about the rally on January 23. The court found her guilty of incitement to violate sanitary and epidemiological rules.
The actionist was forbidden to leave her house at night, leave Moscow and participate in rallies, she was also obliged to report to the FSIN inspection twice a month.
