“Zarema said that in the administrative court, when the judge asked her to introduce herself, she gave her first and last name and fainted. She woke up already in a special detention center,” human rights activists write. For an administrative offense, the court appointed the woman 15 days of arrest.
Now Musayeva is under arrest already as a defendant in a criminal case on the use of dangerous violence against a security official (part 2 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). According to Baza, she allegedly “scratched the face of a district police officer who wanted to issue an administrative report on her.”
According to lawyer Natalya Dobronravova, the woman’s condition is now serious, she has severe weakness, it’s hard for her to walk. «Why she feels bad — from the stress she has experienced and the road to Grozny, or from the prescribed treatment, we do not undertake to judge,» Natalia Kurekina, press secretary of the checkpoint, told Novaya Gazeta, according to the defender.
In the pre-trial detention center, according to human rights activists, Musaeva is receiving medical assistance. She herself told the lawyer that the staff of the detention center treated her well, quickly responded to all her requests and comments.
