Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Poklonskaya deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo in early February, the corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information. By another decree, Putin dismissed Poklonskaya from the post of ambassador to Cape Verde.
