BEIJING, Feb 7, Sergey Pogrebnyak. National ski jumpers Germany, Austria and Japan were disqualified in the mixed team competition at the Beijing Olympics due to problems with overalls. The organizers of the competition reported that the results of the athletes were not counted due to the discrepancy between their overalls, therefore, the teams of Japan, Austria and Only three out of four jumps went to Germany. As a result, the Austrians and the Japanese qualified for the final round, the German team did not. The Russian team, consisting of Evgeny Klimov, Irina Avvakumova, Irma Makhini and Danil Sadreev, takes third place before the decisive round of the competition.
