MOSCOW, February 8 Vyacheslav Nikonov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, commenting on the results meeting between the Presidents of the Russian Federation and France, Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron, said that the Russian side would not enter into negotiations on minor issues until there was a decision on key issues, including NATO expansion to the east. The politician noted that following the results of the talks between Putin and Macron understood Russia's further line in security talks. the Russian side does not consider its conditions unrealizable and will seek their fulfillment, among these conditions: commitments to non-expansion of NATO, non-deployment of strike assets in Ukraine, non-deployment of troops and Cree military infrastructure in the new NATO member states, the withdrawal of nuclear weapons to national territories. «Our response to their response will be coming soon.
