JP Anastasia Tatarulyarefused to let DOXA editor Armen Aramyan see a doctor despite stomach problems. He spoke about this on Twitter.
Aramyan said that after contracting the coronavirus, he «aggravated various chronic [problems] with the gastrointestinal tract» and he began to «experience round-the-clock heartburn and a feeling as if all the organs of the gastrointestinal tract had failed at once «. This was his third petition to the judge to see a doctor.
Aramian and three other editors of the student magazine have been banned from certain activities since April 2021, including being banned from using communications equipment and from leaving the house except for interrogations, court hearings, and taking a two-hour walk in the morning.

Judge Taratuli has had the materials of the case since October, but, as the journalists themselves said, they were “endlessly transferred” due to for the illness of one of them. “Although we have the right to refuse to participate in the hearings, the judge does not allow court hearings to be held without us,” they noted.
In addition to Aramyan, Alla Gutnikova, Vladimir Metelkin and Natasha Tyshkevich are involved in the DOXA case. They are charged with involving minors in protests due to the detention of politician Alexei Navalny in the winter of 2021 (clauses «a», «c» of part 2 of article 151.2 of the Criminal Code). A criminal case was opened because of a YouTube video in which young people urged them to stop putting pressure on students and intimidate them.
