Iola Rusotskaya, a junior nurse at the Kolomna Perinatal Center, announced her participation in the protest through a video message. Now two employees of the clinic are starving in Kolomna. So far, the leadership is not negotiating with them.
Novaya has already talked about a hunger strike announced by junior nurses. They declare an excessive workload and demand to increase the staff in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Health. There are no official comments from the other side of the conflict yet, however, on the air of the 360 channel, a representative of the department stated that allegedly 8 out of 11 protesters had already left the hunger strike. The thesis was also voiced there: doctors are not independent in their demands, they say, everything is at the behest of the independent trade union Action, or even for money. As compromising evidence, 4,000 rubles of financial assistance were mentioned, which were received in the trade union committee by sisters who were deprived by the employer of allowances for exactly this amount.
