The State Labor Inspectorate declared illegal the orders to dismiss three ambulance workers of the Ishimbay Central District Hospital who participated in the «Italian strike». It is reported by Mkset.ru with reference to the press service of the department.

Vera Vysogorets and Albina Abdrakhmanova were fired allegedly for «truancy». The labor inspector found that a work schedule was set for paramedics, according to which one shift lasts 12 hours. According to Art. 103 of the Labor Code, employees must be familiarized with making changes to the schedule at least a month in advance.
The audit found that the new schedule was set on February 1, and the employees were fired on the 5th. The day before the dismissal, on February 4, the head physician of the hospital put the employees on additional shifts without agreement with them and the trade union. He sent notifications of the need to go to work to employees by mail, notes Mkset.ru. The next day, he drew up an act on the «truancy» of work by employees and fired them on the same date.
Another physician, former and. O. Ramil Razyapov, head of the ambulance department, was fired for «loss of confidence», explaining that there was no defibrillator in the ambulance at the time of the call, and the irradiator and electrocardiograph were not working. At the same time, as Mkset.ru explains, according to the law, only those employees who serve “monetary or commodity values” can be fired due to “loss of trust”. The ambulance officer is not included in this category.
Razyapov told Novaya Gazeta that he, Vysogorets and Abdrakhmanov were pleased with the decision of the State Labor Inspectorate. Also today, they filed lawsuits in court for reinstatement and compensation for non-pecuniary damage. Razyapov noted that they were supported by the prosecutor's office, employees of the department will also participate in the process as a third party.
