Dmitry Kozak BERLIN, Feb. 10 Dmitry Kozak, deputy head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation, arrived in Berlin on Thursday to the talks of political advisers of the Normandy format, an informed source told reporters. Kozak heads the Russian delegation at the talks. Earlier, he said that at the meeting in Berlin, the parties will try to find solutions to all problems that «have not been resolved for seven years,» and also expressed hope for concrete solutions to resolve the Ukrainian crisis. The previous meeting of political advisers to the leaders of the «Normandy format» was held in Paris on January 26. The so-called «Normandy format» of negotiations on Ukraine has existed since June 2014. Then, during the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Allied landing in Normandy, the leaders of Germany, Russia, Ukraine and France discussed the settlement of the conflict in Donbass for the first time. Recently, the parties at different levels have been discussing the prospects for interaction in this format.
