It was proposed to decide anyway on this issue.If France, Germany and Ukraine consider that the parties to the conflict are Ukraine and Russia, then, in relation to the Minsk agreements, list the obligations of both Russia and Ukraine under the Minsk agreements. After numerous altercations, the representatives of Germany and France said: we do not know what obligations the Russian Federation may have under the Minsk agreements, maybe the Russian Federation itself will come up with obligations under the Minsk agreements? «According to him, after» such words, talk about convening the «Normandy format» stopped and has not yet resumed. «The answer is the same — we don't know.
