— Andrey Senchenko (@ASenchenko11) February 12, 2022 Given the fact that the entire process of preparing for the Olympics was essentially disrupted, it is not surprising that the hockey played by the Russians looked not so much like a full-fledged, high-quality and combination game, but like a fussy running around for puck. What the Americans and Canadians show on the ice simply cannot be compared, although Evgeny Bobariko has repeatedly spoken about the desire to at least an order of magnitude approach the North American level. Dangerous and even scoring chances arose not even from creation, but from unforced mistakes made out of the blue.
