"I do not think that the Munich conference as a discussion platform is losing its relevance. No. It is still interesting and in demand for many. But it loses its relevance for us, because it loses its objectivity. It turns into a club of one point of view", — said Peskov.
He explained that one point of view can be discussed in the club, but only to adherents of this point of view. «It ceases to be a debating club. In this regard, the Valdai Club is much more attractive to us, where different points of view still clash, as before.
