The Rada plans to enable territorial defense to perform tasks in areas of military (combat) operations.< /p>
Today, February 15, the Verkhovna Rada will return to work in plenary session after «coronavirus» holidays. Parliamentarians will start the meeting traditionally at 10:00 am and then proceed directly to the consideration of bills.
So, today people's deputies will consider bill No. 4668, which provides for amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding the improvement of pension legislation, the purpose of which is to determine the annual date indexation of pensions — March 1.
At the same time, the Rada plans to consider bill No. 6521 on enabling territorial defense to perform tasks in areas of military (combat) operations.
In addition, parliamentarians will consider today the following bills on:
- administrative responsibility of citizens for violation of customs rules (No. 6051);
- ensuring the transparency of local government (No. 6401);
- improving the regulation of notarial activities (No. 5644);
- state support for cinematography in Ukraine (No. 6194);
- amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine to implement the law on preventing and combating anti-Semitism in Ukraine (No. 5110);
- crediting excise tax on implementation of tobacco products by business entities (No. 5719);
- National social program «Drinking water of Ukraine for 2022 — 2026 (No. 5723);
- development of energy storage systems (No. 5436-e);
- protection of the rights and interests of the child (No. 5330-1);
- settlement of the issue of providing medicines to patients out of compassion (No. 5736).
Also, the Rada plans to hear the report of the interim investigative commission of the Verkhovna Rada on checking and assessing the state of «Ukrzaliznytsia».< /p>
