File photoMOSCOW, Feb. 15The withdrawal of some countries of their observers from the OSCE mission in Donbass will not affect its work in the region, said OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau. «I stated with full conviction, that this situation (the withdrawal by a number of countries of their observers from the OSCE SMM in Donbass — ed.) will in no way lead to a restriction on the fulfillment of this mission's mandate. In the future, the mission fulfills its obligations,» he said at a press conference following talks with the minister Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov.
