File photoMINSK, Feb. 17 President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that on Wednesday he spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin, discussed a plan for a future meeting and participation in the exercises. Earlier, Lukashenko arrived to observe the joint operational exercises of the armed forces Belarus and Russia «Union Resolve-2022» to the Osipovichsky training ground.
