The Volzhsky District Court of Saratov again fined Nikolai Bondarenko, a deputy of the regional Duma from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, 300 thousand rubles due to an action against fraud in the 2021 elections. The politician told Sota about this.
According to the card of the administrative case, Bondarenko was fined under the protocol on repeated violation of the rules for holding a rally (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The politician noted that he plans to appeal the decision.
