In second place are the Germans — 10 gold, seven silver, five bronze medals, the third — the Americans (8-9-6). The Russians are in eighth place (6-10-13). The Olympic Games will end on February 20, with seven sets of awards left in the draw. In at least three disciplines, the Germans have already lost their chances of winning gold medals.
