"We never were away from the problems and troubles of people. Given the difficult events in the LPR and DPR, we are now calculating our capabilities and are ready to accept people who were forced to leave the territory of Ukraine in our region. Quantity and terms are discussed. We do not leave in trouble!" Orlov wrote on his Instagram account on Sunday.
