MOSCOW, February 21 Haas Russian pilot Nikita Mazepin tested a new car to test the systems on the track in Barcelona, according to the team's «Formula 1» Twitter page. Pre-season tests officially start on Wednesday. As part of Formula 1 testing rules, teams are allowed to use cars on filming days. The driving distance is limited to 100 km, and the cars run on advertising tires. In early February, Haas presented the design of the car for the new season. The coloring of the car, like last year, is made in the colors of the Russian flag. The new car received the index VF-22.
