Medvedev and municipal deputy Sergei Tsukasov were detained in the afternoon at the reception of the presidential administration with posters «No to invasion» and «No to the Kremlin's war against Ukrainians and Russians.»
At the police department, a protocol was drawn up for Medvedev on participation in an unapproved action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), and at the exit he was detained and taken to the Taganskoye police station because of actions against cutting down a forest park near Troitsky in New Moscow.
