MOSCOW, February 22 Russian boxer Michal Aloyan defeated Venezuelan David Barreto and defended the WBA Gold super flyweight title in his last fight in the professional ring. The ten-round bout, which took place on Tuesday in Moscow, ended with the victory of 33-year-old Aloyan on points by a majority of judges. During his professional career, the bronze medalist of the 2012 Olympics , two-time world champion and European champion Aloyan scored eight victories (one by knockout) with one defeat. Barreto has 16 wins (15 by knockout) and two losses. In another light welterweight bout, Russian Khariton Agrba defeated Colombian Briam Rico by TKO in the third round.
