A written procedure has been launched with a deadline of 15.00 for their approval by the EU Council and their publication in the official journal of the EU today,» the representative office said on Twitter. On Tuesday, the EU foreign ministers agreed on the decision to introduce the first part sanctions for the recognition of the LNR and DNR.
