    Graying hair is a natural process, but not everyone is ready to accept such age-related changes and tries to resist them using coloring. However, there are more gentle methods to keep hair color longer. However, this is an absolutely natural process, which does not always indicate age. There are times when the first gray hair appears at a very young age, and by the age of 30-40 the hair becomes completely gray. However, there are ways to delay the appearance of «silver» in the hair, which will help those who are afraid of gray hair like fire.

    Use vitamins

    Enough vitamins and minerals is one of the main recipes for maintaining healthy hair. These are B vitamins, especially B-12 and biotin, vitamins D, E, A.
