Earlier, Putin, answering the question about what is needed to normalize relations between Moscow and Kiev, said that Crimea should be recognized as Russian. He also said that the situation around Ukraine can be resolved if it refuses to join NATO. «For an independent, sovereign Ukraine and for me, as the prime minister of our state, this is impossible,» Shmygal said.
