He noted that Minsk plans to respond to the actions of opponents, especially from the western, northwestern border. «We see that there is a contingent of the armed forces there, the same operations that have been going on since 2014-2016, the forward presence has been strengthened. There are already more than 8,000 American military personnel in Poland and the Baltic States.
