
MOSCOW, February 24 The Gazprom logo will no longer be displayed on the form German football club Schalke, according to the website of the team. It is noted that the decision was made in connection with the situation in Ukraine and agreed with the German branch of Gazprom. Instead, the club's full name, Schalke 04, will be printed on the shirts. Schalke are fifth in the second division of the German championship. Gazprom has been the club's title sponsor since 2007. On Wednesday, the German publication Bild painted over the Gazprom logo on photos with Schalke players, posting calls for solidarity with Ukraine.
