So far, there has been no direct connection between the US and Russian military in the context of Ukraine, the report says. The United States is only formulating its proposal, NATO air forces are not flying over Ukraine at the moment, the channel clarifies. «Official officials foresee that in the coming days and weeks there may be a need for such a mechanism, and this may take various forms. One of them is closed to flights zone to allow the delivery of humanitarian aid to Ukraine,» the message says.
