In addition, the deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation predicted the consolidation of power, administrative elites and citizens due to sanctions, warning the West: «wait.» On Saturday, the European Union added Dmitry Medvedev, Mikhail Mishustin, Vladimir Kolokoltsev and Sergei Ivanov to the sanctions list.
