File photoMOSCOW, Feb. 28The Central Bank will ban Russian brokers from selling securities on behalf of foreign clients, the corresponding order will come into force on Monday morning, the RBC newspaper reports, citing a document signed by the deputy chairman of the regulator Philip Gabunia. Authenticity of the document , a copy of which was distributed by Telegram channels, RBC was confirmed by two sources in the financial market.
