The government has offered three options for foreign companies to work in Russia, leaving the market will be considered as «deliberate bankruptcy»

The government named three options for developing relations with foreign companies leaving Russia. This was reported on the website of the government.

The first option — the company continues its full-fledged work in Russia and ensures the full supply of raw materials, materials for production and fulfills its obligations to employees.

In the second option foreign shareholders transfer their shares to Russian partners and may subsequently return to the Russian market. Belousov claims that some investors have already taken advantage of this offer.

The third option is that the company stops working in Russia, closes production and lays off employees. The Russian authorities will view this as a deliberate bankruptcy and will intervene through the accelerated bankruptcy procedure in order to maintain employment.

Belousov did not specify whether a criminal case of deliberate bankruptcy would be initiated in this case (Article 196 of the Criminal Code).
